Requirements
Your tasks:
Independent management of real estate sales and rentals
Acquisition of new properties and customers
Professional advice and support for customers, from initial contact to contract conclusion
Conducting viewings, preparing property brochures and negotiations
Preparation of market analyses and real estate valuations
Maintaining and expanding the existing network as well as developing new contacts
You should bring the following:
Professional experience as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or in a comparable position
High self-motivation and an independent working style
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer focus
Good knowledge of the real estate market
Flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with people
Self-employed business registration as a real estate agent
