Requirements
Your tasks:
Private customer/intermediary sales
daily personal, telephone or written customer contact
sustainable customer relationship management
Needs-based, competent advice, independent consultation sessions
Cross-selling approaches
Acquiring new customers, e.g. through occasional attendance at trade fairs, seminars and similar events
General administrative tasks in the office
Support in creating quotes, invoices and statistics
You should bring the following:
Completed commercial training – ideally as a bank clerk – or comparable qualifications
proficient use of common MS Office programs
the ability to understand and optimize existing processes
quick perception
high discipline
strong communication skills
Structured and independent work style
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
